A ceremony can be performed on a beach or in a park, in a chapel, an island hideaway, on a boat, a mountain resort, in a garden or in a home. There are many wonderful venues to choose from - golf courses, Q1 (Gold Coast five star luxury high rise), surf clubs, yacht club, hotels, convention centre, mountain retreats, cruise boats, I have performed weddings in them all.
Beach weddings are popular for our Gold Coast region, but bear in mind the weather and the time of day. Winter in
Creating a unique and special ceremony Should you choose me as your Celebrant, we will arrange a meeting to get to know each other and this in turn will allow me to understand your needs and wishes. Please contact me regarding my fees and any particular aspects of your ceremony you may require.
Initially, I can either email or send you information or you can download forms from my site and return them to me with your details. This will enable me to put together a unique and special ceremony for you. If you wish, I'm happy to include family members and encourage others to perform a reading for you. Download Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form here. Download Details of Ceremony form here.
As part of my services, I include a special framed certificate with your photograph. This certificate is where the bride signs her new married name for the first time. I find my brides love this ritual as a momento of their wedding day. Ceremonies There are several ceremonies to choose from to make your day personal, and to provide you with lasting memorabilia:
The sand ceremony and balloon release are complementary, and I am happy to perform any other ceremonies that you desire. Remember “Your Happiness is my Happiness”. Testimonials
![]() Mark and my Wedding was a day we will never ever forget and it was exactly as we had planned and had always wanted. From the first moment of meeting with Vicki she made us feel at ease and very special, she treated us as if it was her honour to be doing our ceremony. Vicki shared some of her past experiences with us and as a result we did a balloon ceremony, it was perfect for us and also very personal for Mark and I to share together. Vicki made our day so special and we wouldn’t change that for the world. Sam & Mark Clausen samreid10@yahoo.com.au

Vicki married my son Joel and his wife Carlie in September 2005, at South Stradbroke Island. Vicki met with Joel and Carlie on several occasions prior to their wedding, and assisted them greatly in planning their special day. She helped to calm a very nervous bride before the taking of the vows. A beautiful feature of the ceremony was the mingling of coloured sands into a glass bottle, signifying the merging of two souls into one. As a personal friend of Vicki's, I know how special "her brides" are to her (and the grooms too, of course!), and she works hard to ensure a memorable day for all involved. Vicki has the rare gift of being able to combine professionalism with genuine caring, and a sense of fun. I would recommend her as an exceptional marriage celebrant.
